Port Kelang Authority (Scale of Rates, dues and charges) (Amendment) (Amendment) by - Law 2015
In excercise of the powers conferred by sections 16 and 29 of the port authorities act 1963 [Act 488],
the port kelang autority, with the approval of the minister, makes the following by-laws:
Citation and commencement
1. [1] These by laws may be cited as the port klang authority 9Scale of rates, dues and charges) (Amendment) ( Amendment) By-Laws 2015/
[2] These By-Laws come into operation on 1st September 2015 Amendment of by-Law 3
2. The port Kelang Authority (Scale of Rates, Dues and Charges) By-laws 2015 [P.U.(A) 123/2015] are amended in by-law 3---
[A) in Subparagraph (a), in the third Schedule, in part 1, by substituting for item 5, the following item:
